You will follow detailed instructions, assemble using various methods, and may work under a microscope. The role requires basic computer skills and strong communication, with potential overtime on Fridays.

Qualifikationen

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• IPC/J-STD Certification within 90 days of employment and throughout tenure.
• Ability to obtain an ATF Possessor Permit.

Aufgaben

• Receive detailed instructions and work under close supervision.
• Position and align parts in fixtures or holding devices.
• Perform intermediate assembly tasks including soldering, potting, encapsulating, and bonding.
• Install finished assemblies in cases or packing material.
• May work under microscope or magnifying device to assemble components.
• Connect components and route via soldering to printed circuit boards.
• Use schematics/blueprints to complete tasks.
• Perform inline testing and inspection to ensure parts meet standards.
• Cross-train on other programs in the facility.
• Complete repair/rework using approved procedures.
