The role requires a high school diploma, potential IPC/J-STD certification within 90 days, ability to obtain ATF possession permit, and strong communication and computer skills; U.S.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• IPC/J-STD Certification may be required within 90 days of employment.
• Ability to obtain ATF Possessor Permit.
• Must communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• MS Office, Excel and Outlook skills preferred.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Receive detailed instructions on all work under close supervision.
• Position and align parts in fixtures or holding devices.
• Assemble components and subassemblies per procedures and schematics.
• Perform soldering, potting, encapsulating, and testing as needed.
• Install finished assemblies in cases and packing material.
• Cross-train on other programs and perform repairs per procedures.
