Randstad USA is seeking an Electronic Assembler to join our electronics manufacturing team in the Town of Islip, NY. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working with small electronic components and hand tools.

The role involves assembling, inspecting, and testing electronic products while following established quality and safety procedures. Key duties include reading work orders and schematics, soldering and wire assembly, inspecting finished products, reporting

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in electronic assembly.
• Soldering and wire assembly experience preferred.
• Ability to read schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Ability to follow written instructions and established procedures.

Responsibilities

Electronic Assembler We are seeking a Electronic Assembler to join our electronics manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working with small electronic components and hand tools. This position will be responsible for assembling, inspecting, and testing electronic products while following established quality and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic components, circuit boards, wiring, and cable assemblies according to work instructions and specifications.
• Read and follow assembly instructions, work orders, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Perform soldering, wire assembly, and other electronic assembly tasks.
• Use hand tools, small power tools, and inspection equipment to complete assemblies.
• Inspect completed assemblies for quality, accuracy, and proper workmanship.
• Identify and report assembly issues or defects and assist with basic troubleshooting.
• Follow ESD handling procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Follow company safety, quality, and production procedures.

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in electronic assembly or manufacturing preferred.
• Soldering and wire assembly experience is a plus.
• Ability to identify and handle electronic components.
• Ability to read basic schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Comfortable using hand tools and small power tools.
• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
