Job summary

Kelly is seeking detail-focused Electronics Assemblers in Middletown, PA to join our manufacturing team. You will assemble, wire, solder, inspect, and test electronic components, working with PCBs, wires, cables, and batteries while following precise instructions.

• Soldering experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic and electrical components according to work instructions.
• Work with circuit boards (PCBs), wires, cables, connectors, terminals, batteries, and electronic components.
• Perform soldering and basic electrical connections.
• Assemble and connect wiring and electronic components.
• Perform electrical, functional, and battery testing using designated testing equipment.
• Inspect circuit boards, solder joints, wiring, and connections for quality.
• Identify defective components or improper connections.
• Use hand tools and basic electrical testing equipment.
• Follow drawings, diagrams, specifications, and detailed assembly instructions.
• Document testing results and production information accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Meet established quality and production standards.

Pay: $19.00 - $21.25 per hour

Shifts

1st | Monday - Friday | 6:30am - 3:00PM
2nd | Monday - Friday | 3:00PM - 11:30PM
3rd | Sunday - Thursday | 10:30PM - 7:00AM

We are looking for a detail-oriented Electronics Assemblers to join our manufacturing team. This is a hands-on electronics manufacturing position focused on assembling, wiring, soldering, inspecting, and testing electronic and electrical components. You may work with circuit boards (PCBs), wires, cables, connectors, batteries, terminals, and other electronic components while following detailed work instructions and quality standards.

Candidates with experience in electronics assembly, soldering, PCB assembly, electrical wiring, battery testing, or electronic testing are strongly encouraged to apply.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

• Previous electronics assembly, electrical assembly, manufacturing, or production experience preferred
• Soldering experience is highly preferred
• Experience working with circuit boards/PCBs is a strong plus
• Experience with electrical or electronic testing preferred
• Battery testing experience is a plus
• Experience working with wiring, cables, connectors, and electrical components
• Comfortable using hand tools and basic testing equipment
• Good hand dexterity for working with small electronic components
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to follow detailed technical work instructions
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
