Job summary

GSSI, the world leader in Ground Penetrating Radar, is seeking an Electronic Technician in Nashua, NH. You will perform standard testing on electronic equipment, interpret schematics, and troubleshoot PCB-level faults.

This is a full-time role based at GSSI’s Nashua headquarters with opportunities to contribute across multiple departments. You will work with test instrumentation, document data, and support continuous improvement in test methods and fixtures, collaborating with the Production

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of electronics experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Able to organize and prioritize multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Test electronic assemblies and troubleshoot with peers and other departments.
• Diagnose malfunctions to component level and coordinate rework with assembly staff.
• Communicate with Production and Quality managers to improve products and processes.
• Load firmware and software and verify performance of software-controlled electronics.
• Maintain and setup test equipment and fixtures for final and in-process testing.
• Conduct final tests under operational conditions and record results.
• Cross-train with other technicians to test all products as required.
• Verify performance on new designs and ensure end-product meets standards.
• Follow schematics, wiring diagrams, manuals, and engineering change orders.
