Join to apply for the Electronic Technician (2nd Shift) role at OPEX Corporation.

Position Summary: OPEX Corporation is currently seeking a full-time Electronic Technician to work at our headquarters in Moorestown, NJ. The role requires a commitment to 2nd shift, from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM.

All interested candidates must have an Associate Degree in Electronics or a Technical School certification in electronics. Ideal candidates are communicative, diligent, punctual, and detail-oriented.

Essential Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair electronics at the component level.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment at the system level (training provided).
• Solder through-hole and surface-mount technology components.
• Create daily production reports.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Electronics or a completed certification from Technical School.
• Ability to read schematics, data sheets, and test procedures.
• Understanding of Analog and Digital circuitry.
• Soldering experience with through-hole and SMT components; IEC/IPC-A-610 certification is a plus.
• Knowledge of test equipment such as Oscilloscopes, Multimeters, and Power Supplies.
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
• Effective communication skills with attention to detail.
• A+ Certification is a plus.

Physical/Work Environment

• Sitting or standing for extended periods.
• Occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds.
• Possible squatting, bending, kneeling, and reaching during work.
