Industrial Maintenance Technician II 2nd Shift

• Full-time

• Shift: 2nd Shift

JOB DETAILS

2nd Shift: 3:45PM - 12:15AM

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide multi-skilled industrial maintenance support focused on customer service, quality, cost, and productivity within a Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and continuous improvement (CI) environment.
• Maintain responsibilities and performance standards for all levels of Maintenance Technician Apprentice and Technician positions I & II.
• Set up, adjust, and maintain equipment with a focus on uptime and quality.
• Perform preventive, predictive, and line call maintenance on production machinery, documenting all work promptly.

Qualifications

• Associate degree with 1-2 years of industrial maintenance experience or 5-7 years of equivalent experience.
• Strong customer service, problem-solving skills, and effective communication abilities.
• Understanding and participation in TPM initiatives and deployment of TPM objectives.
• Electrical skills are required.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical functions, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, plumbing, electrical circuits, sensors, switches, motor controls, and safety circuits.
• Knowledge of troubleshooting electrical systems, relays, circuit breakers, PLCs, motors, and sensors.
• Experience with electrical test equipment and maintaining AC/DC motors and drives.
• Understanding of lockout/tagout procedures and electrical safety standards.
• Mechanical troubleshooting skills, including inspection and realignment of drive units, gearboxes, hydraulic and pneumatic valves, and vibration analysis.
• Physical ability to lift 50 pounds repeatedly.
