Qualifications

• Proficiency with spectrum and network analyzers.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in a laboratory or technical environment, with a strong focus on electronic design and testing.
• Extensive experience with electronic design tools and software, including:
  Schematic capture
  PCB layout
  Strong knowledge of electronic principles, circuits, and components, including both analog and digital electronics.
• Proficiency with electronic test equipment and instrumentation, including:
  Spectrum analyzers
  Network analyzers
  Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex electronic systems and circuit issues.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and provide technical guidance to junior technicians.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree or advanced certification in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Extensive experience with specialized electronic testing techniques, including:
  RF testing
  EMC testing
  Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to electronic design and testing, including IPC standards and FCC regulations.
• Experience with hardware description languages such as Verilog or VHDL for FPGA design.
• Proven experience managing and leading electronic design and testing projects.
• Experience working with advanced laboratory equipment, testing methodologies, and electronic development processes.
