  • Associates degree in electronics, information technology, or related field OR 5 years of electronics experience required.
  • 2 years of related electronics experience required.
  • Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).

Responsibilities

  • Installs, maintains, and troubleshoots hospital electronic systems to ensure reliable operation.
  • Performs routine preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
  • Coordinates new system installations and projects with Facilities leadership and external vendors.
  • Maintains accurate service records and updates building maintenance systems with work performed.
  • Orders and tracks replacement parts to ensure timely repairs and system continuity.
  • Adheres to safety protocols, including proper use of PPE, and supports additional duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

How you'll make an impact in this role

  • Installs, maintains, and troubleshoots hospital electronic systems (e.g., fire alarm, pneumatic tube, overhead paging, nurse call, security, video monitoring, and TV systems) to ensure reliable operation.
  • Performs routine preventive maintenance to minimize system downtime and unexpected repairs.
  • Coordinates new system installations and projects in partnership with Facilities leadership and external vendors.
  • Maintains accurate service records and updates building maintenance systems with work performed.
  • Orders and tracks replacement parts to ensure timely repairs and system continuity.
  • Adheres to safety protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment, and supports additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications

What minimum requirements you'll need

Education:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Associates degree in electronics, information technology, or related field OR 5 years of experience in the electronics field

Experience:

  • 2 years of related electronics experience
  • Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
