Job summary

Vector Security in Pittston, PA is seeking an Electronic Systems Technician to install and service residential and small to mid-sized commercial security systems. You will handle basic wiring, panel programming, system setup, and customer explanations on-site or on the road.

Summary:

As an Electronic Systems Technician you will be responsible for the i nstallation and/or servicing of residential systems and small to mid-sized commercial accounts . Responsibilities include knowledge of b asic wiring and panel programming, system set-up , basic troubleshooting, and explanation of system to customer with ability to answer questions

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately c omplete installations and/or servicing with frequent to minimal supervision.
  • Troubleshoot basic systems of assigned types.
  • Utilize skills inbasic wiring,panel programming,andsystem set-up.
  • Check for, and correct, any errors in work and paperwork.
  • Display professionalism when interacting with and communicating with peers,manager, and customers.
• Train and mentor technicians:
  • Review work ofEntryLevel technicianson shared jobsiteand provide training to correct any errors.
