Job summary

Suvi, an Akima Company, seeks an Electronic Surveillance System Analyst to support the FBI’s NDCAC through SLA management and technical analysis. The role focuses on solving computer problems, system studies, and applying surveillance tech in investigations.

The candidate will handle complex issues with minimal supervision, participate in open source/social media investigations, and deliver reports on computer and network diagnostics. On-site work with competitive benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret security clearance is required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent specialized experience.
• At least 5 years of direct related experience in help desk and network support.
• Minimum of 3 years in IT help desk operations with troubleshooting and maintaining IT systems.
• Experience with criminal investigations involving cyber or electronic surveillance techniques.
• Experience with federal, state and local criminal law and proceedings.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and solve computer problems and ensure technology meets program needs.
• Implement system studies and design new computer systems or apply existing resources.
• Develop workflow charts and diagrams detailing operations by equipment and programs.
• Handle complex issues with minimal supervision.
• Experience with lawfully authorized electronic communications intercepts and social media investigations.
• Apply advanced diagnostic techniques to identify problems and recommend solutions.
