Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Install, configure, and maintain complex security system components and infrastructure with minimal supervision, ensuring that systems function according to design specifications.
• Perform complex troubleshooting and diagnostics, including advanced programming and system integration tasks, independently and collaboratively resolving complex issues on-site.
• Lead installations and support junior technicians by providing guidance, technical training, and supervising their fieldwork to ensure quality standards.
• Interface directly with clients on-site, offering operational training, fielding questions, and ensuring satisfaction with services provided.
• Complete required job documentation and ensure compliance with ISO-9001, CMMI II, and DCAA.
