Job summary

Cennox is seeking full-time Electronic Security Service Technicians to join our expanding division in Atlanta, GA. The role involves field service and project work on electronic security systems across banking, retail and commercial facilities.

Ideal candidates have experience in security, smart device familiarity, and strong customer service skills. Company-provided tools, training, and benefits are part of the package.

Qualifications

• Prior knowledge and training in the electronic security industry preferred.
• Experience with Physical Security and VAT Systems is a plus.
• Smartphone familiarity and tech-savvy mindset required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
• Experience with mapping/navigation apps like MapPoint or Google Maps.
• Mechanical/tech/electrical aptitude is needed.
• Ability to interpret written instructions and documents.
• Willingness to learn via telephone training.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Knowledge of surveillance/security systems; electronics, wiring, local/national codes helpful.
• IP Video/IT/Networking knowledge preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints, timelines, and drawings.
• Experience with Bosch, DMP, Honeywell, Radionics, 3VR, Verint, March Networks preferred.
• Banking experience a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.

• Collaborate in banking, retail, and commercial facilities deployments.
• Grow with a company-wide expansion in the electronic security division.
