Job summary

Securitas Technology Corporation (STC) delivers a full portfolio of video, access, intrusion, fire, and integrated systems and services. The Account Resource Manager will interface with Bank of America teams and support burglar alarm and digital video systems at banking centers and remote locations.

The role blends technical and managerial duties with emphasis on meeting customer expectations, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions across a nationwide footprint.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Associates degree preferred; 1-3 years related experience.
• Ability to support DMP, Parabit, and Verint DVR technology.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data and identify root causes.

Responsibilities

• Interface with Bank of America Implementation and Maintenance teams.
• Support burglar alarm and digital video systems at banking centers, ATM's and remote sites.
• Manage escalations to service, iParts procurement, and sales teams.
• Contact subject matter experts for escalation issues and follow up communications.
• Provide on-call support for critical issues on a rotating schedule.
