Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Library and Information Science from an ALA-accredited program is required.
• 1–2 years in a library with electronic collections; experience in an academic/medical library preferred.
• Strong computer proficiency, familiarity with library databases, ILL software, and budgeting processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee E-Subscriptions: acquire/manage electronic resources, negotiate licenses, assist in collection development, track budgets and usage.
• Coordinate Document Delivery: manage borrowing/lending, review ILL software, generate reports.
• Provide Access & Reference: perform online searches, assist users with databases like PubMed, Scopus, Web of Science.
