This role involves managing electronic resources valued at approximately $15M, collaborating with various library staff to ensure access, and troubleshooting vendor issues. Candidates must have a Master’s degree in Library/Information Science and relevant experience. Qualifications

• Must have a Master’s degree from an accredited program.
• One year of relevant library experience required.

Responsibilities

• Support and coordinate processes related to electronic resource management.
• Collaborate with various librarians to ensure access to resources.
• Serve as primary contact with vendors for troubleshooting.

Skills

Knowledge of trends and practices in electronic resource management

Familiarity with library management systems

Ability to provide peer training and workflow guidance

Strong organizational skills

Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot access & discovery issues

Education

Master’s degree in Library/Information Science

One year of relevant library experience
