Job summary

Torrey Holistics in Mount Pleasant, WI is seeking a Quality Technician to support subassembly and final assembly, perform inspections, and prepare quality reports. You will verify repaired units meet standards and assist Quality Engineers with measurement analysis, using calipers, micrometers, and standard test equipment. The role offers strong benefits, 401K, PTO, and onsite wellness facilities. Pay is $20–$23 per hour with a 10% shift premium for 2nd/3rd shifts.

Qualifications

  • Experience with troubleshooting and repair of electronic servers and subassemblies.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Strong visual acuity and attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

  • Support subassembly and final assembly operations, and testing subassemblies and final assemblies.
  • Perform final inspection and prepare quality reports.
  • Verify repaired units meet standards of appearance, functionality and quality.
  • Assist Quality Engineers with measurement analysis of Production Launch runs.
  • Ensure test equipment is calibrated and working correctly.

Job description

The Quality Technician will support subassembly & final assembly operations, and testing subassemblies, as well as final assemblies and assist this Quality Department as needed.Pay: $20-23/HR based on experience (10% shift premium for 2nd & 3rdShift)Available Shifts: 1st 2nd and 3rd shift availableResponsibilities:Possessing the ability to be able to recognize and identify different electronic components and have experience and familiarity of use of common electronic toolsSupporting subassembly & final assembly operations, and testing subassemblies, as well as final assembliesPerforming final inspection as needed and preparing quality inspection reports.Verifying repaired units adhere to established standards of appearance, functionality, and qualityHaving visual acuity to read prints and interpret codes and/or alpha-numeric information on wire and componentsInspecting refurbished product prior to shipment to maintain conformance with quality and appearance standardsProviding feedback to supervisors of any observed trends or unusual failure conditions.Assisting Quality Engineers with measurement analysis of Production Launch runs and other duties as assigned.Ensuring test equipment is calibrated and working correctly.Qualifications:Experience with troubleshooting and repair of servers, down to the subassembly level, including but not limited to the removal and replacement of hard drives, memory, motherboards, etc.High school diploma or GED requiredExperience as an Inspector or quality technician.High-level visual awareness and advanced organizational skills.Ability to work effectively independently as well as in a team environmentAbility to learn new applications and programsAbility to work alone with minimal supervision.Ability to analyze, interpret and effectively communicate technical information.Ability to stand for longer periods and must be capable of lifting 50 pounds.Why you should come work with us:Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage.Basic life insurance and short-term disability coverage provided by employer.Supplemental life insurance and long-term disability coverage options available.401K with employer contribution.Personal, Vacation, and Holiday paid time off for all full-time employees.Onsite Aurora Health & Wellness Center available for all employees.Employees are continuously encouraged to learn and grow their careers in smart manufacturing.The company is a global leader in smart manufacturing and industrial internet services.
