Job summary

Randstad USA is hiring an Electronic QA Inspector to meticulously evaluate PCBs, micro-assemblies, and electrical components against IPC standards and engineering specifications. You will perform visual and dimensional inspections with magnification tools, calipers, micrometers, and AOI systems, isolating non-conforming parts and reporting through detailed QDRs.

The position is entry-level, pays $18–$20 per hour on first shift (7:00 AM–3:30 PM) with potential overtime; High School education is

Champion product quality, technical accuracy, and structural reliability in our modern electronics manufacturing facility! We are seeking a dedicated Electronic QA Inspector to meticulously evaluate complex printed circuit boards, micro-assemblies, and electrical components against strict IPC standards, engineering schematics, and high-level client performance specifications.

Salary and Working Hours

salary: $18 - $20 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 7 AM - 3:30 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

• Perform visual and dimensional inspections of printed circuit boards (PCBs) and micro-components.
• Utilize magnification tools, calipers, micrometers, and automated optical inspection (AOI) systems.
• Inspect solder joints, wire harnesses, and component placements for compliance (IPC standards).
• Isolate non-conforming parts and author detailed Quality Discrepancy Reports (QDRs).
• Work closely with manufacturing engineers to resolve quality bottlenecks.
