Job summary

Randstad USA is hiring an Electronic QA Inspector to meticulously evaluate PCBs, micro-assemblies, and electrical components against IPC standards and engineering specifications. You will perform visual and dimensional inspections with magnification tools, calipers, micrometers, and AOI systems, isolating non-conforming parts and reporting through detailed QDRs.

The position is entry-level, pays $18–$20 per hour on first shift (7:00 AM–3:30 PM) with potential overtime; High School education is

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in QA/inspection
• Entry level role suitable for beginners
• High School education or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Perform visual and dimensional inspections of PCBs and micro-components.
• Utilize magnification tools, calipers, micrometers, and AOI systems.
• Inspect solder joints, wire harnesses, and component placements for IPC compliance.
• Isolate non-conforming parts and author detailed QDRs.
• Work closely with manufacturing engineers to resolve quality bottlenecks.
