Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• 3 years of related experience is required.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.

• Proficiency with MS Word and MS Excel.
• Technical school education is preferred; related experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Downloads files from various servers and sites; repairs MICR information; verifies transactions and balance; communicates errors to branches.
• Supports branch calls with Branch Capture software/hardware issues and coordinates with resources and vendors.
• Reviews duplicates; removes duplicates; provides research support and balances internal transactions.
• Monitors processing applications and servers; troubleshoots/escalates issues; tests new applications and accounts; sets up new Remittance customers.
• Clears foreign items from remote sites; handles item deposits; exports returns and balances; uploads files to Fed Reserve.
• Creates adjustment cases for errors/out-of-balance items; initiates wires for same-day settlement; exports transit items to banks.
• Verifies all files for conforming images; removes suspended files; creates nightly balance reports and communicates deletions.
• Performs other duties as assigned and supports risk management program.
