Job summary

Sentinel Offender Services is seeking a Field Technician to install, orientation, remove and troubleshoot monitoring equipment. Duties include data entry, coordination with agency personnel, and inventory management.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with pay ranging from $24.75 to $25.00 per hour. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, valid driver's license, and ability to pass criminal background and drug screening.

Qualifications

• Must pass criminal background check and drug screening.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Install and remove electronic monitoring equipment per contract.
• Input data into participant databases and update records.
• Communicate program rules and obligations to participants.
• Coordinate with agencies and schedule equipment returns.
• Maintain inventory and process shipments/returns.
• Support field service maintenance and incident reporting.
