Job description

STS Systems Defense, LLC (SSD) is seeking a qualified individual to develop our Electronic Manufacturing Capability in San Antonio to meet US-wide demands.

We are looking for someone with hands-on experience in Electronic Manufacturing, Repair, and Testing to develop and expand a new line of business. While our current focus is on DoD professional engineering and technical services, we aim to diversify into other government and commercial markets.

What You'll Do:

1. Develop our manufacturing capability and assist in acquiring new business.
2. Set up, schedule, and process manufacturing projects from production to shipment, implementing quality assurance procedures and industry best practices.
3. Keep management informed of procurement issues, potential cost overruns, or schedule delays.
4. Coordinate with vendors/suppliers, AED engineers, and clients.

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of relevant recent experience.
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Strong understanding of electronic manufacturing practices.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to plan, prioritize, and execute tasks independently.
• Military experience is a plus but not required.
