Qualifications

Knowledge of electronic gaming machines and components.

Responsibilities

Ensure electronic gaming machines meet regulatory standards per Tribal, Federal, State laws and the Tribal-State Compact.
Travel to Agua Caliente Casinos and work from the Gaming Commission Administration Office as needed.
Develop and maintain department files and reports for audits and management review.
Review machine lists for accuracy and compliance with state requirements.
Assist Electronic Regulation Manager during audits and inspections.
Identify risks related to internal controls and tribal policies.
Review ACBCI Control Documents against IGRAB, NIGCC, state compact, MOUs, Tribal Ordinance and regulations.
Generate reports and findings related to electronic games.
