Job summary

Agua Caliente Casinos in California seeks an Electronic Gaming Regulation Analyst to ensure compliance of all electronic gaming machines with Tribal, Federal and State laws, and to support audits and regulatory engagements.

You will review control documents, coordinate with regulatory managers, and help monitor internal controls and tribal policies across ACBCI and the Tribal-State Compact.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum two years related experience in a gaming environment.
• Good English skills (spoken and written).
• Must possess knowledge of electronic gaming machines and all components (hardware and software).
• Ability to interpret certification letters issued by Independent Certified Test Lab.
• Strong understanding of Tribal Gaming Ordinance, NIGC MICS, and Tribal-State Compact.
• Familiarity with IRIS and slot machine databases and data exports.

Responsibilities

• Primary responsibility is to ensure that all electronic gaming machines meet regulatory standards under Tribal, Federal and State laws and the Tribal-State Compact.
• Work from the Gaming Commission Administration Office and may travel to Agua Caliente Casinos as needed.
• Assist in maintaining department files and reports for management.
• Collaborate with casino slot management to review electronic gaming machine lists for CA submission as required by the Compact.
• Coordinate with Gaming Commission Departments to obtain information for audits and engagements.
• Identify potential problems and risks with Internal Controls and Tribal Policies.
• Ensure compliance of gaming activities with Standards and Regulations.
• Assist during EGD audits and onsite inspections.
• Generate reports and findings related to electronic games.
