Job summary

Perfection Servo seeks an Electronic Engineering Technician to set up new electronic items for in-house repair, write test procedures and train technicians. The role also involves cross-over of old parts, working on legacy products and recommending test equipment.

You will assist the department head with purchasing, organizing the department to achieve growth, service excellence and profitability, and provide on-the-job training to ensure proper technician readiness.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to clearly communicate technical information to the customer as well as the ability to advise the customer as needed.
• Thorough understanding of electronic circuits.
• Ability to perform set-ups in a timely manner.
• Ability to document set-ups in a clear and concise manner.
• Possesses strong organizational skills.
• Ability to solder/desolder is a plus.
• Industrial electronic experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new items for in-house electronic and motor department repair.
• Document and save all new set-up and test procedures.
• Train technicians on new set-up procedures.
• Assist department head in purchasing all test equipment.

• Scan test procedures into computer.

Job Summary

The Electronic Engineer Technician is responsible for setting up new electronic items for in-house repair, writing test procedures and training technicians.
