Job summary

Media Resources Inc. is seeking a Production Assembler to assist in the assembly of electronic billboards at the Fort Mill, SC site. You will measure, cut parts, assemble components, and ensure precise integration with standards.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in sign/assembly work, a valid Class C license, and the ability to read drawings and operate hand/power tools. Evening and weekend work may be required to support production schedules.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Minimum two years’ experience in the sign industry or assembly work.
  • Valid Class C driver’s license and a clean driving record.
  • General knowledge of assembly work.
  • Read and understand drawings.
  • Ability to operate hand and power tools.
  • Ability to organize drive routes to maximize productivity.
  • Physically fit and able to perform strenuous labor including lifting, climbing, and working at heights.
  • Willingness to work during evenings and on weekends, as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble extrusions and cabinet kits.
  • Primary and secondary wiring.
  • Clean billboards before leaving the shop.
  • Cut and install trim work.
  • Install cortex and load center.
  • Stack and test boards.
  • Shrink wrap and load boards for travel or storage.
  • Operate and maintain tools and equipment in accordance with safety protocols.
  • Additional responsibilities and duties as assigned by Operations Manager or designate.
