Job summary

Bank of the Orient in Millbrae, CA is seeking a financial services professional to support electronic banking for retail and commercial clients. You will setup new clients, troubleshoot issues, respond to client inquiries, and review daily banking reports. This role also involves opening support cases with providers and maintaining client files.

Responsibilities

• Setup new and maintain clients on electronic banking system.
• Problem solve issues that arise from clients.
• Respond to client issues relating to retail and commercial electronic banking.
• Provide assistance to bank employees regarding customer issues arising from electronic banking clients.
• Review various electronic banking reports on a daily basis.
• Monitor incoming transactions from clients for errors, rejects, and other banking functions that require distributions to other departments for processing.
• Build and maintain client files.
• Demonstrate electronic banking system to potential clients.
• Monitor usage of electronic banking clients’ access.
• Open support cases with electronic banking provider(s), as needed.
