Job summary

Kelly Services is looking for an Electronic Assembly Associate to work at MOTOROLA in Allen, TX. Pay rate is $18.50 per hour with a Monday–Friday 1st shift (6:00am–2:30pm). Weekly pay and a temp-to-hire path provide opportunities for advancement.

Daily tasks include changing out boards, reassembling products for testing, performing functional tests, and troubleshooting components. Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read drawings in English are required.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years' experience in mechanical assembly, preferably electronics assembly.
• Ability to read and work from mechanical drawings and instructions in English.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork oriented.

Responsibilities

• Changing out parts such as boards and reassembling products to prepare them for testing.
• Performing functional testing on repaired equipment to ensure specifications are met.
• Troubleshooting and identifying failed components that need repair.
