Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR in Wisconsin is seeking an assembly technician for 1st shift (6:30 AM–3:00 PM) to read blueprints and instructions and assemble products to established quality standards.

Responsibilities include soldering and crimping, identifying wire sizes, operating crimping equipment, and preparing products for shipment. Knowledge of IPC training and safe, organized work areas is expected.

Qualifications

• Reads, learns, and interprets blueprints and work instructions to assemble products to guidelines and quality standards.
• Interprets ruler measurements for precise assembly.
• Advanced soldering and crimping skills required.
• Identifies various wire sizes for production and assembly.
• Changes dies on bench top crimpers and operates crimping machine.
• Preps products for shipment via kitting and bagging processes.
• Assembles or modifies electronic equipment, aligns components for wiring.
• Performs in-process inspections and documentation per quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints and instructions to assemble products per guidelines.
• Perform advanced soldering and crimping tasks.
• Identify correct wire sizes for assemblies.
• Use hand and power tools to assemble components.
• Assemble or modify electronic equipment and align wiring.
• Inspect parts during and after assembly to ensure quality.
• Prepare products for shipment and documentation of processes.
