Job summary

Staffing Service USA in Lancaster, PA is seeking Assemblers of Small Parts / QC to join a team handling delicate, hands-on electronic assembly and small cable work. You will read and fill English forms, follow detailed instructions, and perform precision assembly of tiny components with excellent hand-eye coordination.

We offer 2nd shift at $19.70/hr and 3rd shift at $20.70/hr, plus $26+/hr for more experienced operators DOE. 1st shift is $18/hr.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Experience with electronic or small parts assembly is a plus.
• HS diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and inspect small parts with precision.
• Handle cables and small components.
• Read and fill forms in English and follow QC procedures.
• Troubleshoot minor assembly issues and communicate with team.
