Aerotek is hiring Electronic Assemblers for a day shift on-site position in Minneapolis, MN. The role involves assembling and wiring control panels and automation equipment, reading diagrams, and performing terminations and inspections.

We are seeking candidates with 1–2 years of electrical assembly experience, strong attention to detail, and basic computer skills. Excellent benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) and PTO, with a contract-to-union pathway.

Contract‑to‑Union | Day Shift | High‑Tech Automation

What You’ll Do

• Assemble and wire control panels and automation equipment
• Read wiring diagrams, blueprints, and work instructions
• Perform terminations, routing, inspections, and basic troubleshooting
• Use hand and power tools for precision assembly
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of electrical assembly or wiring experience

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $32.00/hr.
