Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic components onto PCBs using color-coded instructions.
• Install mechanical and electronic parts with hand tools and air tools.
• Inspect components and finished assemblies for quality and accuracy.
• Perform basic go/no-go testing on completed assemblies.
• Follow written and verbal work instructions and maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals and cross-train in departments.

No previous electronics or manufacturing experience is required!The right candidates will receive hands-on training and cross-training in multiple areas, includingSMT Machine Operation and Burn Room operations, while building valuable skills in electronics manufacturing and PCB assembly.

Electronic Assembler Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic components ontoprinted circuit boards (PCBs)using color-coded assembly instructions
• Install mechanical and electronic components using hand tools, torque drivers, pop riveters, and air tools
• Inspect components and finished assemblies for accuracy and quality
• Perform basic go/no-go testing on completed assemblies
• Read and follow written and verbal work instructions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production area
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
• Cross-train in multiple manufacturing departments
• Perform other duties as assigned

Electronic Assembler Qualifications

• No previous experience required – paid training provided
• Manufacturing, production, electronics, or assembly experience is a plus but not required
• Good manual dexterity and attention to detail
• Basic math and reading comprehension skills
• Ability to identify color-coded components
• Ability to regularly lift up to50 pounds
• Reliable transportation
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Willingness to learn and work in a team environment
• Must be able to pass a background screening
