Candidates will gain hands-on experience in electronics manufacturing, including SMT machine operation and burn room tasks, and work in a team-oriented environment focused on quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• No prior electronics or manufacturing experience required; paid training provided.
• Manual dexterity and attention to detail are important.
• Basic math and reading comprehension are useful for production tasks.
• Ability to identify color-coded components is needed.
• Lift up to 50 pounds may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic components onto PCBs using color-coded instructions.
• Install mechanical and electronic parts with hand tools and air tools.
• Inspect components and finished assemblies for quality and accuracy.
• Perform basic go/no-go testing on completed assemblies.
• Follow written and verbal work instructions and maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals and cross-train in departments.
