Job summary

Microwave Products Group – Pole/Zero Corporation in West Chester, OH is seeking an Electronics Assembler with soldering expertise to support military communications. You will assemble electronic components on PCBs, perform fine hand assembly using microscopes, and apply engineering changes at the board level.

Responsibilities include data recording, ERP checks, and ensuring IPC-compliant assembly. A high school diploma and soldering experience are required; IPC-610 certification is preferred.

• Review ERP for proper configuration control specifications
