Job summary

Microwave Products Group – Pole/Zero Corporation in West Chester, OH is seeking an Electronics Assembler to perform precise soldering and microassembly of electronic components on printed circuit boards, following IPC-610 standards. The role involves documenting activity, handling engineering changes, and interacting with ERP systems.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, plus 2+ years soldering experience and defense manufacturing exposure is preferred. U.S.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of IPC-A-610 standards and ability to read blueprints or schematics.
• IPC-610 certification is preferred and must be obtainable.

Responsibilities

• Solder electronic components and wires to PCB locations per IPC regulations.
• Assemble microcircuits requiring fine hand assembly with microscopes.
• Incorporate engineering changes at board level for new and existing products.
• Record activity into a database and monitor ERP configurations for accuracy.

As an Electronics Assembler at Microwave Products Group – Pole/Zero Corporation in West Chester, OH, you will support the military community by being responsible for the basic assembly of the standard and volume-based products.

Primary Responsibilities

• Solder various electronic components, wires and other electronic parts to designated locations on printed circuit boards to IPC regulations.
• Assemble microcircuits requiring fine hand assembly with the use of microscopes.
• Incorporation of engineering change to new and existing products at board level.
• Record activity into a database.
• Review ERP for proper configuration control specifications.

• Working knowledge of IPC-A-610 is required.
• Ability to pass and obtain an IPC-610 certification is required.

Requirements Include

• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Must be a US person (US Citizen or Permanent Resident (Green Card Holder)
• 2+ years soldering experience preferred
• 2+ years related defense manufacturing experience preferred
• IPC-610 certification preferred
