Job summary

Optimus Group in Orange, CA is seeking an entry-level to mid-level assembler to join our manufacturing team. You will wire and assemble components, interpret wiring diagrams, and work with hand tools like crimpers and soldering irons. The role includes surface mounting terminations on circuit boards and following standard production processes.

Monday–Friday, 1st shift, weekly pay. You will follow assembly instructions, inspect work for quality, and collaborate with technicians to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Soldering skills required.
• Knowledge with production equipment.
• Technical school or equivalent required.
• Lift 0-50 lbs for up to 3-6 hours.

Responsibilities

• Complete wirings and assembling.
• Interpret assembly wiring, schematics, and wire lists.
• Proficient in hand tools such as crimpers and soldering irons.
• Ability to assemble printed wiring boards.
• Surface mount terminations into circuit boards.
