Job summary

Kinetic Personnel Group in Santa Ana, CA seeks an experienced Electro-Mechanical Assembler to build, test, and troubleshoot electronic equipment using hand tools, fixtures, and engineering drawings.

You will work with wire harnesses, perform quality checks, solder to IPC standards, interpret blueprints, and maintain a clean, safe work area. Shift options: 1st or 2nd, with hourly pay of $24–$26 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints/schematics.
• Experience with 22–24 AWG wires is a plus.
• Previous assembly experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs independently.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electro-mechanical components using hand tools, fixtures, and instructions.
• Build and test wire harness connections.
• Crimp, strip, and terminate 22–24 AWG wires.
• Insert contacts and perform electronics-level soldering.
• Inspect and rework as needed to meet quality and safety standards.
