Job summary

Hire Up Staffing is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Assembler-Fabricator in Modesto, CA. Starting pay is $20.00 per hour DOE, with potential increases for wiring experience. Schedule is Monday–Friday, with overtime/weekend work possible to meet delivery schedules.

This is a full-time, non-exempt position requiring precision and teamwork. Responsibilities include soldering, mechanical and electro-mechanical assembly of microwave components and related chassis, following drawings and procedures, and

Qualifications

Strong flame soldering skills.
Familiarity with assembly drawings.
Working knowledge of mechanical and electro-mechanical assembly practices.
Wiring experience preferred.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Form and solder soft metals.
Perform mechanical assembly of microwave components, mag head assemblies, power supply chassis assemblies, and isolators.
Assemble waveguide components and chassis assemblies.
Set up, maintain, and organize the work area.
Follow assembly drawings and established assembly procedures.
Work safely and efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
