Job summary

Johnson Service Group is seeking a TEST Technician II with 2+ years of PCB-related experience for a Temp-Direct role in California, starting in Van Nuys and moving to Chatsworth. The pay rate is $27.00 hourly, with a 3:00-11:00 PM shift.

Responsibilities include testing, troubleshooting, data collection, and adherence to quality procedures. The ideal candidate has an AS in Electronics Technology, at least 3 years’ electronics testing experience, and hands-on knowledge of DMMs, oscilloscopes,

Qualifications

Associate degree (A.S.) in Electronics Technology or equivalent technical training.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an electronics testing or troubleshooting environment.
Fundamental English speaking, reading, and writing skills.
Working knowledge of digital multimeters, oscilloscopes, signal generators, and ATE.

Responsibilities

Operate assigned test stations for electronic assemblies in accordance with documented procedures.
Support new product test station launches by following instructions and assisting with setup and validation activities.
Perform troubleshooting of test failures and escalate issues as needed.
Record test results and assist in collecting FPY and defect information.
Actively contribute to team objectives and meet daily production commitments.
Work overtime as needed and share lessons learned to support continuous improvement.
