Job Description: Assembler - Deicing

Our client is seeking an outgoing individual to join our team as a Deicing Assembler. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling composite and electrometric materials with complex fixtures and tooling.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble composite and electrometric materials with complex fixtures and tooling
• Follow detailed instructions and blueprints to ensure accuracy and quality of work
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
• Mix adhesive RTV or other sealing compounds
• Layup using simple power tools and equipment, air press, rivet, crimp, spot-weld terminals, mold cement, perform T/S checks, and record resistance

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in composite and electrometric material assembly preferred
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with complex fixtures and tooling
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
