Job Title: Electronic Assembler

Shift: Day Shift (Monday–Friday)

Job Summary:
A growing manufacturing facility in Erie, PA is seeking detail-oriented and dependable Electronic Assemblers to join its production team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, following detailed instructions, and assembling small electronic components with precision and care.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble electronic components and circuit boards according to specifications

Read and interpret schematics, diagrams, and blueprints

Use hand tools, soldering equipment, and microscopes as required

Perform quality inspections on completed parts and assemblies

Maintain clean and organized workstations

Follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures

Qualifications:

Previous experience in electronic assembly or a related field preferred

Good manual dexterity and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Basic understanding of electronic components and hand tools

High school diploma or equivalent
