Job Description

We are seeking an Electronics Assembler responsible for soldering components to PCBs following NASA and IPC standards. The role involves hand soldering, such as 0402 capacitors and TSOP devices, on assemblies with up to 3000 components. Additional tasks include component preparation, wire attachment, component staking, masking for conformal coating, box build assembly, and wire harness assembly, all according to engineering drawings and manufacturing travelers.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of 5 years soldering experience
  • Solder certifications to NASA 8739 and IPC J-STD-001 are a plus
  • Ability to use a microscope for extended periods
Additional Information

Compensation ranges from $18 to $30 per hour, depending on qualifications. SEAKR offers comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, a generous 401(k) plan, and a year-end bonus. Paid leave includes vacation, sick, bereavement, and FMLA. The shift is from 2:30 pm to 12 am, Monday through Friday, with alternating Fridays off.
