Job summary

Allegion is seeking a Sales Consultant – Integrator/Electronic Sales Engineer in Austin, TX or San Antonio, TX. You will grow a targeted base of integrator accounts and support access control solutions across our portfolio.

You will train and consult with integrators and security consultants, expand relationships, and coordinate with wholesale partners to drive discretionary business in Central Texas.

Qualifications

• 2+ years sales experience or 5+ years of access control experience preferred.
• HS diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Technical acumen in access control components and systems (hardwired/wireless).
• Data-driven and able to track and present results.

Responsibilities

• Develop targeted regional/local integrator accounts and grow discretionary business.
• Build relationships with security consultants and electrical engineers to drive business development.
• Consult and train integrator partners on product applications to meet customer needs.
• Partner with integrators to identify new revenue and margin opportunities.
• Lead strategic selling with integrator stakeholders including owners, operations, sales, and technicians.
