You will support daily production testing of electromechanical assemblies and help deploy automated test technologies through software and hardware development, validation and data collection. Ideal candidates have a two-year technical degree (or related experience) and strong IT troubleshooting, high‑voltage safety practices, and hands-on hardware testing.

Qualifications

• Two-year technical degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with IT troubleshooting (hardware, software, networked devices).
• Understanding of high-voltage electrical safety practices.
• Ability to train operators and work with production teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, upgrade, repair and troubleshoot production test systems and equipment.
• Validate software and hardware before deployment or after updates.
• Train team supervisors and operators on equipment use.
• Provide IT support for test equipment and related devices.
• Assemble test stations, fixtures, probes and other custom-built equipment.
• Identify opportunities for new technologies and improvements.
