Qualifications

• Technical knowledge from testing, lab, or related experience (6+ years preferred).
• Ability to interpret mechanical/electrical systems and identify abnormalities.
• Hands-on instrumentation and data collection experience.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook; strong record keeping.
• Experience with measurement test equipment.

Responsibilities

• Test products in Reliability Lab to meet specs.
• Record data and communicate results to engineers.
• Perform destructive testing or testing to failure when required.
• Validate changes and test against competition as part of development.
• Collaborate on failure analysis and design improvements.
• Set up equipment and environmental chambers for tests.
• Document configurations and create test reports.
