Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• 2+ years of electromechanical manufacturing test engineering experience.
• Experience with precision control and/or feedback systems testing.
• Experience with vacuum chambers, RGA and leak tests.

Responsibilities

• Develop test plans and document test procedures for NPI of electromechanical assemblies in a clean environment.
• Ensure parts meet cleanliness specs by applying correct test criteria.
• Collaborate with customers on cleanliness strategies for production and manufacturing.
• Lead test anomaly troubleshooting and failure analysis activities and report to management and customers.
• Execute test procedures and train test engineers and technicians; monitor test results.
• Document and report test results with high accuracy per customer requirements.
• Manage internal/external resources and external vendors for test development and tooling.
