Sanmina Fremont is seeking a test engineering specialist to develop, execute, troubleshoot and debug tests for complex electromechanical assemblies in a Class 1K cleanroom environment. You will mentor technicians and engineers while supporting on-going manufacturing and test activities.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, 2+ years of electromechanical test experience, and hands-on work with precision test systems, vacuum chambers, and test fixtures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 2+ years in electromechanical manufacturing test engineering.
• Experience with precision control and/or feedback systems.
• Experience with vacuum chambers (RGA and leak tests).
• Strong knowledge of electronic systems, software and components.
• LabVIEW development experience desired.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsabilités

• Develop test plans and document procedures for new product introduction in a cleanroom environment.
• Collaborate with customers on cleanliness strategies for new products.
• Lead test architecture and tester selection within project constraints.
• Develop software and hardware designs for tests to meet manufacturing goals.
• Execute tests, train engineers and technicians, monitor results.
• Document results with high accuracy per customer requirements.
• Lead anomaly troubleshooting and report findings to management and customers.
• Coordinate resources, suppliers and vendors for test development and validation.
