Responsibilities

• Perform systems integration on equipment and processes.
• Interpret engineering drawings and diagrams.
• Notify personnel for changes needed in instructions or drawings.
• Maintain and revise manufacturing work instructions in electronics and reporting systems.
• Assist Engineering in setting up manufacturing processes.
• Seek opportunities for process improvements.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing systems to root cause.
• Repair or modify manufacturing systems under supervision of senior staff or engineers.
• Possibly perform preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Document basic solutions for process improvements.
• Run experiments under direction of an engineer or senior specialist.
• Communicate with internal customers (manufacturing support manager, production staff, coach, operations manager, engineering).
• Work under guidance of a more senior individual.
• Test or assemble and test various AC/DC components.

NEW Full Time Express Employment Professionals is hiring for an Electro mechanic Technician at a manufacturing company in the Otay Mesa area.

REPRESENTATIVE DUTIES AND TASKS:

• Perform a variety of systems integration equipment and/or process operation involving an application of technical skills
• Interprets engineering drawings and diagrams
• Notifies appropriate personnel for changes needed in work instructions or drawings
• Maintains/revises manufacturing work instruction in electronics instruction and reporting systems
• Assists Engineering in the set up manufacturing processes
• Seeks out opportunities for process improvements
• Troubleshoots manufacturing system and processes issues to root cause
• Repair and/or modifies manufacturing systems under the direction of senior specialists and/or engineers
• May perform preventive maintenance functions on manufacturing equipment
• Implements and documents basic practical solutions for process improvements
• Executes experiments under the direction of an engineer or senior specialist
• Communicates with internal customer include manufacturing support manager , production personnel, coach, operation manager, engineering
• Normally works under the guidance of a more senior individual
