Qualifications

• Associate's degree in electromechanical tech or related field is required.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience troubleshooting and maintaining automated production equipment desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support Controls Coordinators and Process Engineers with process improvements involving mechanical/electrical systems, controls programming, robotics, and machine vision technologies.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical and mechanical equipment including pneumatics, motors, VFDs, and servo systems.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to maximize equipment reliability and performance.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair PLCs.
• Maintain and repair robotic systems and automated manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and maintain industrial communication networks.
• Perform scheduled maintenance, calibration, and validation per standards.
• Manage and maintain spare parts inventory.
• Train operators on proper equipment operation and maintenance procedures.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and technical support to associates.
• Respond to equipment issues on call as needed.
• Update and maintain Quality System documentation as required.
• Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment to optimize performance and uptime.
• Support additional business needs and special projects.
