Job summary

Nestlé USA in Glendale, AZ seeks an Electromechanical Technician to support day-to-day manufacturing by maintaining and repairing mechanical and electrical equipment. You will troubleshoot issues, perform preventive maintenance, and contribute to plant safety, quality, and productivity on the shop floor.

The role offers a night shift with a starting pay of $38.80–$40.80 per hour, plus a quarterly bonus and a comprehensive rewards package including a 401k with company match and healthcare

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Technical certificate or degree in industrial maintenance/electromechanical technology preferred.
Experience with preventive maintenance and troubleshooting electrical/mechanical equipment.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting on production equipment.
Troubleshoot in real time alongside operators to build skills.
Maintain, optimize, and improve equipment to support safety, quality, and cost KPIs.
Create clear technical procedures and document work.
Input data into SAP and other tools using digital devices.
